^^^ Man, that's good looking! I still haven't pulled the trigger on one yet, tho'. Couple more pics like that, and it'll send me over the edge - LOL!

My Kershaws. None are my current edc but they are all great knives for the value.

This one showed up yesterday, so I've been carrying since then to test it out. I own a handful a Kershaw knives, and have been pretty pleased with them across the board.

The Showtime was definitely an impulse buy, but for $27 I was okay with it. I like the looks design and the size is on par with my Leek for EDC comfort. The 8cr13mov steel is decent enough for me. I might take out the torsion spring to see how it feels as a manual flipper (it does have a detent ball and hole in the blade).

Likes: Sleek and classy design, the 2-tone looks great (IMO) and the beveled edges make it fit nicely in the hand. Great price (<$30) even though it's imported, the 8cr steel has been great on my other Kershaws.

Dislikes: the main pivot screw is actually one piece (not a separate hex insert screw) - so it looks pretty cheesy to me. The finishing under the lock bar is very rough; there is a deep gouge on the underside and the edge beneath the lockbar itself is quite sharp (I plan on rounding it down a bit to be more comfortable). The jimping is also very sharp and roughly machined making it uncomfortable to really dig-in with your thumb if needed.

I will post some more pics if/when I tear it down to remove the A/O torsion spring.

I have had a lot of $15-$30 Kershaw imports. They always differ in lots of little fit and finish details even when owning dupes like two Thermites or two Cryo's, etc... they are always worth the price, but the USA Kershaw models like Blurs, etc... are consistent from my small sampling of models. Lots of Blurs, a few 1776's etc... My favorite brand considering ZT's and the USA made stuff. I have many more disappointments with Spyderco and Benchmade, but that's just me and my tastes. I pretty much stick to USA stuff now, but have plenty of China stuff to use already.
