Kizer 2017 Catalog

Thank you for making this available for all!

No problem.

There are some new knives that didn't make it into the catalog like the Nick Swan "Matanza". So maybe a second catalog will appear sometime during the year.

The Matanza will come with and without the Fuller groove. S35VN blade and a "canvas" pattern Micarta handle.

Cucchiara loves the recurve. Of his designs my favorite is the Flashbang.
I'm most interested in the Lunquist Wanderer. Another one I like is the Degnan Guru non-flipper.

As I prefer liner locks over frame locks I have been interested in the Vanguard line but never bought one because VG10 didn't get me excited enough to do so. On page 47 of the catalog the Vanguard version of the Splinter comes with S35VN, G10 scales, appears to have a liner lock and its product indicates it's part of the Vanguard line. A typo or a sign of things to come?

I like the clean, simple look of this Matanza! Do you have any specs or MSRP pricing for it?

Thanks for posting the Kizer catalogue, TT.

I really like that canvas micarta inlay. well done.

Kizer Envoy (very bottom of the catalog) is the only one I'm interested in. The rest all seem too big, too chunky, too heavy, too recurvy, and so forth.

Have a look at the Splinter. It's small and not a recurve and a very nice EDC knife. We sold over 30 in a Group Buy for them.

Unfortunately I don't have any more info on the Matanza.

I keep pushing Kizer to mix it up. To quote myself on a conversation last week - "different shapes, blade sizes and different handle materials and colors would help.

It's slowly happening. Damasteel, Elmax, CPM-M4, CPM-3V and D2 steels will come.

Their Custom shop is coming too.....:)

I was looking forward to the Critical. Anyone know if that is still coming?

Liking also the Feist, Escort, Envoy and Barbosa.
That sound you just heard? My wallet squealing and scurrying for cover.
