The custom collaborations Kizer is making are really outstanding.
Some do remind me of a knife model I really liked and I always wished to see in a higher end product.
It's the discontinued CRKT McGinnis Summa.
I love the look and ergonomics of this knife but always wanted it with a better steel with titanium handles and ball bearings.
This would be my grail knife.
As much as I like the new collaborations an upgraded Summa would be a dream come true
I would like it even better than the Shirogorovs I have.
I really hope Kizer would be interested in a custom collaboration with McGinnis because they can do what CRKT (with all respect) can't

For those not familiar with the knives some pictures of the Summa and Tuition

It would be cool, but then Gerry couldn't charge the prices he's asking for his "Pro Line", which are his midtechs. The end products would probably be too similar.

Maybe just one model made by Kizer will bring him more publicity and let him sell more knives ;)
