Love the Sea Dweller. Choice between that and the Sub, which one first?

That's the Deepsea and not the Sea Dweller.

Between the Deepsea, Sea Dweller, and Sub the choice comes down to size, aesthetics, some functionality, and price.

For my wrist, I'm more a fan of the Sea Dweller. I enjoy the lack of Cyclops without losing the date. That said, I always tell clients that you can never go wrong with a Sub. It is classic Rolex.

For me the Deepsea is just way too big and way to thick. I owned a Sea Dweller but I could never get comfortable with the hump on the back of the case. For me the Sub is just right.

Goldilocks zone would be a 44mm Submariner.

The good thing is that Rolex has a few sizes to select from. But frankly I'm glad they've chosen for the most part to stick with the 40mm case. Not too long ago they decided to go with a 40mm DD over the 42mm DD2.
