I have a Spyder Co folding silver colored pocket knife and I would like the knife to be black.

A quick look at Spyderco's website shows they make a lot of black knives. Probably your easiest and maybe cheapest solution, would be sell the knife you have, and buy a new one like it, or similar to it, that is already black.

Any local gunsmith should be able to black cerakote some knife parts cheap.

To properly paint a knife with Cerakote, or to apply any finish-requires the knife to be disassembled and reassembled.

If carbon steel you can do it yourself, with a bit of cold gun bluing solution.
