Gotta be a bit more specific here....
 
A quick look at Spyderco's website shows they make a lot of black knives. Probably your easiest and maybe cheapest solution, would be sell the knife you have, and buy a new one like it, or similar to it, that is already black.

To properly paint a knife with Cerakote, or to apply any finish-requires the knife to be disassembled and reassembled.
 
Quicker, cheaper and easier just to buy a black knife of your liking.
 
Carbon steel or stainless?
If carbon steel you can do it yourself, with a bit of cold gun bluing solution.
 
Blacken the blade or other parts?
If the blade, what is the steel?
What do you mean by blacken - coated black like benchmade/spyderco, or will a dark patina be sufficient?
