Knife Design Interests

IMG_0301.JPGI finally found my French trade by Martin Tactical knives, I got it in 3/16, but I was young and thought thicker was better, wish I could have gotten it in 1/8. I know any new idea would have to be compared to any current model that's may meet the same needs. Just a thought. What do you think John? Is the Mud Turtl or the Rule 9 similar?
 
Do a search for The Tool by mykel m, same blade and grind, but no ball on the end, an easy modification to do.

Got it! Thanks. Now we are talking, a French trade knife, and Osage handle maybe. Got chills thinking about it. What is the blade length of the tool? Looks somewhere between 5-6 inches.
