Knife Re-handlers

Hi, I want to get a knife re-handled. The knife will probably be a Scrapyard 511, maybe another, and I want it rehandled with a black wooden handle. I have no idea where to get this done, also I live in Ireland but recommendations of anywhere in the world, US or otherwise, I could get it done would be great! Thanks. Btw I have googled it but I wanted your suggestions on who is best. :D
 
Any ideas what the tang looks like 'naked'?

Any specific wood in mind, Bog Oak for example could be suitable??
 
I live in England and have some suitable Bog Oak and the ability. What did you have in mind?
