    Great pictures everyone! I take a lot of small critter pics at work but gotta remember to add more knives in..
    I love the baby snapping turtles, rescued this one from the road last week. Tis the season to be on lookout for turtles in the road around here, lots of ponds,swampy areas and vernal pools next to roads

    Can you see them?

    I've seen countless numbers of these little guys over the years, but never bothered to look them up. Not sure what species they are.

    No real critters out and about that I saw today but how about a few fossilized ones.
    300 million year old Trilobites and a pyriteized clam.
