Knives from "The Chronicles of Riddick"

This knife has been around for many years, well before the Riddick movies. The Riddick version has a different handle, but it's obviously the same design as the knife Smoky Mountain still sells called the Swing Blade:

The BudK official set is a better deal obviously.

I remember somewhere in the special features on the DVD they said something like "you can't just go to the store and buy a Riddick knife" when talking about makiong props. I kind of giggled over that, because I recognized the design immediately when I saw it. Maybe you can't buy it in stores, but you could order it from a catalog.
 
I really liked "The Chronicles of Riddick" also. I have seen knives like Riddick used in ads for fantacy knives. Check the knife magazines.
 
I know this isn't a helpful post, but I must say I usually don't like fantasy sci-fi movies like that, but I REALLY enjoyed Chronicles of Riddick and Pitch Black, great movies:thumbup:
