It looks like an original Marine operator. Glad it shoots goodActually it is brand new. Should shoot pretty well.
I bet it looks great with any of the others too. Looks like the three banded sets are smooth. How slippery are they?New grips from my buddy. The ironwood are my favorite. He gave me a hell of a deal as my birthday is coming up.

Not bad, the thumb rest is nice. I have very dry skin, so I don't need much texture. The checkering on the frame is enough for me.I bet it looks great with any of the others too. Looks like the three banded sets are smooth. How slippery are they?
The like is for the grips working. Not bad, the thumb rest is nice. I have very dry skin, so I don't need much texture. The checkering on the frame is enough for me.
These fit my hand perfectly, giving me very good length of pull.
Unfortunately, it's going to be while before I can go to the range what with my hand being broken in two places. I do occasionally shoot one handed, so I could just do that.
Thanks. It's my left hand, and while I'm primarily left handed, I shoot pistols right hand. The like is for the grips working.
Hopefully your hand heals completely, correctly and quickly.
I am right handed but left eye dominant and in recent years that along with right shoulder issues has me converting to left hand. 60 years of doing a certain thing one way does not change overnight.Thanks. It's my left hand, and while I'm primarily left handed, I shoot pistols right hand.
For a second there, thought we might shoot at the same range.I'm right-handed and right eye dominant (by just a little). Last time at the range I tried (1) single handed shooting, and (2) also my left hand/eye. Was really surprised how well both worked. Go figure. Daughter took a picture, too. Was cold, in case you wonder, and there is a knife in my pocket

Due to my brain surgery as a child, I can switch eye dominance. However, rifles feel more natural in my left hand. Pistols I'm equally skilled.I'm right-handed and right eye dominant (by just a little). Last time at the range I tried (1) single handed shooting, and (2) also my left hand/eye.
