So, I’m unpacking today & remembered something @Mrs Skunk told me about the Busse Combat Store days…

I wonder if you found any “Skunk Junk” in your order? Skunker is famous for packing shipments of knives full of cornflakes, Cheerios and other fun things, beans, spiders, etc….“

Low and behold… skunk couldn’t resist!
I was unwrapping this one and it has a sweet kydex blade, painter’s tape guard and pvc hollow handle… equipped with 14 minutes of rations (brown rice) and emergency gauze (paper towel) cap.😀

JWB is the true way to do it. Nuker was never in any danger. I have choped several dozen cords of wood with heavier blades.

Oh boy, this was quite an unpacking job! I’ve still got some organizing to do and getting a little decal adhesive off here & there. 1/4” paper dots were numbered & placed on each knife… keeping track of what was where during negotiations was a small feat in itself. It was a great idea by Mrs Skunk!

Please forgive the poor lighting… I’m in my cave & haven’t squared away the lighting yet.

Skunks’s personal favorite… if he had to pick one as an all around user, is at the lower right of the first pic. 0.220” Magnum Orange/Black ASH-1.

And, I’ve got a couple very special (more skunk junk) blades I still haven’t unwrapped. I may share them at some point?

By "many Aftershock Bolos", he means 3 as far as I know. When I bought #1 AB from Porkgunner, he had stated that only 1, 2, & 3 got that logo. Cobalt mentions in a thread that he had/has #7, with standard SH logo, #10 (Mercmaster) shows the standard SH logo, & #14 (with tan canvas handles 😳 like the ZT series) also has the standard SH logo. So, it is looking like truth that only a few AB's got the circular SH logo. Mine shows a possible incomplete circle on the bottom where your SHII shows it, but I'll have to dig it out to verify, as the pic is too low res to zoom in close enough to see clearly. I've been wondering what other Busse knives have the circle SH...
Could it be only this SHII and the AB's? 🤔

The sucker is 685 lbs. Mrs Nuker helped me place it… she’s a gem.

Three drawers fit the haul. So far… so good.

I was hoping a cabinet with multiple thin drawers would be cheap… but it wasn’t. I got it on sale, 20% off. Could probably get something cheaper from China, but I didn’t want to. I don’t know if Champion is the best, but they’re customizable and had just what I was looking for. Drawers are full extension and rated at 400 lbs.
