AZTACMAN, based on my limited experience reprofiling some G10 handles, I believe that it would resharpen fairly easily. My point was that I can't imagine setting out to intentionally use it for utility work if anything else were available. Even the cheapest steel should out-perform it.

I was going back and forth on getting a La Griffe for weeks now...
reading this post cemented the idea...
Have just ordered a La Griffe and for the hellof it a Spyderco Jester.

Will let everyone know if I cut myself playing with the Lagriffe.
