Darrin sanders makes some really excellent kitchen knives!! I bought a large kitchen knife from darrin....it is AEB-L steel and blk micarta handle!

It was one of the best values as far as quality workmanship for a very fair price!! do not hesitate to buy a knife from darrin!! this knife will be proudly used in my kitchen for many years to come.
