Large Sebenza vs Colorado’s 3.5" knife laws

I live in a state where concealed folding knives need to have a blade of 3.5 inches or less (Colorado). My large Sebenza has a blade of 3.5 and 3/32" long by my measurement (CRK says 3.6"). Does anyone know if that's close enough to 3.5" or can you really get in trouble for carrying it? Also, if you are using a pocket clip which is visible, does that count as concealed or open carry? While I mainly carry it on my daily hikes in the woods and carry a Small Sebenza around town, it's still in my pocket as I drive to the trailhead. I'd love to hear thoughts from other Large Sebenza owners in states where it's too long for their knife laws.

The PD's do not go around measuring knives!

If you-as in YOU decided to become a criminal and law breaker, any 'weapon' you have is processed, logged into evidence and your case is forwarded to your location's Prosecutor. If said Prosecutor's case warrants it, another charge will be added on to the case history and said weapons found.

IOW don't go waving around your knifes in public.
