The PS4 packs a ton of utility into 2 ounces. There have been some reported scissor spring breakages, which Mrs. Powernoodle also experienced, but its an awesome pocket MT.
I agree...I have yet to find a sub 4oz MT that offers that quick emergency utility at a street price of $20.00 or so like the PS/ES4. To have the same usefulness in a sub-compact package that can be hung on your keychain, one would have to spend at least twice as much for a SAK Minichamp Alox.
