less than expensive custom knife

hoping I can find someone will to help, looking to purchase a fantasy knife doesn't have to be perfect or high quality and should be simple enough, full tang ,basic handle, tanto, with a gut hook

the gut hook I would think would be the hardest part, but I don't know

I have various other specs which can vary and it would be up to the maker

how close or which specs they would like to follow

I have searched all over and have not be able to find anything close

enough for me to say I have it
