Let's see your good old basic fixed blades, Bowie's, Stickers, etc.

Made this out of a no name fixed blade for some practice. I like to make a knife here and there, so a little practice on a couple elementary techniques (I can use all I can get) doesn’t hurt. I like the lines on it much better than the materials used. But, it’s good practice and I’ll give it to a friend. He will enjoy it. I’m actually gonna make him another of some sort and utilize some stag he gave me. IMG_4599.jpeg

New Ontario Made in USA hog leg. This guy has a 14 inch blade and is the largest knife I have. Not sure what I’m going to do with it, lol, but, I knew I just had to have it when I saw it today. I guess it is technically a small machete. It’s the real deal for sure. 8OT for scale.
I'll tell you one thing, they sure do cut squash well 😉

I had to have that one when I saw it. It reminded me of Ellstin Limehouse’s barbecue knife in “Justified”, the one he uses to disarming effect on Neil Mcdonough. I’m pretty sure it’s not the same knife, but it
struck me as looking big enough to do the job.
