Lets talk GEC!

Ha Ha!!!
Green aventurine is a crystal for grounding and stability. If you have a tendency to overthink or ruminate over situations and get stuck in your mind, green aventurine will help bring you back to your physical body and your connection to the Earth.
I thought it was for aiding those seeking vengeance for misdeeds in past lives and connecting us to the all prevailing moon flower; keeper of things once lost but will be found again beneath the sofa cushion.

Aventurine… more than just a pretty rock from earth mother.

Why does the Urban Jack get less love than many other more popular patterns? View attachment 2825246View attachment 2825245
Its Class warfare, the rural folk don't understand the need for this continuous self grooming the urbanites partake in,we comb our hair in the morning and are good for the day,the urbanites constant preeming with their urban jack is nauseating.

The Beer & Ssusage bridges the gap. Good old boy BBQ knife with a comb for before the square dance.

I was waiting for that! 🤣

It's not a personal judgement (although I admit that I have no interest in a pocketknife / comb combo). It really is a straightforward answer to the question:

Q: Why does the Urban Jack get less love than many other more popular patterns?
A: It has a comb...

Some people love, and that's great, but it's pretty clear to me, seeing both the market and the forum comments, that most traditional knife fans aren't interested in that combo. Some may hate it, but I suspect most of us just aren't into it.

I’m all for something different as a secondary blade. Comb, bottle opener, I’d love scissors, saw, etc.. I can usually get my cutting done with whatever the main blade is so a non knife secondary can be great. Even if it’s something I wouldn’t use like a comb at least it’s different.

I read somewhere that it is a good tool for combing burrs and possibly ticks from your dog's fur, which gives me a different perspective

I'm with you there. That's why I'm an SAK and multitool fan. Even on the best traditionals I am a sucker for a caplifter secondary!
It's also a handy little ruler, with 1/8" tine spacing
Rachel, Thanks! That is a VERY COOL fact to have in your pocket.

No it’s the Agate ESPL. Kind of a dark Smokey blue. Just looks black in the pics!
