Leuopold 4-14 x 42 Sniper scope

Hi,

I have a friend who's set his mind on a Leuopold 4-14 x 42 Sniper scope with "mil dots" rangefinder reticle and also low light croshair lighting.

This scope is extremely expensive ($1200

or even more)in Holland and I'm wondering if there is a place that sells them for a decent US price.

Any help is appreciated, I probably haven't written down the exact specifications but it seems to be in use by the military ??
