Link in exchange sticky

Hi mods,

I have a request.

We have the following link in the sticky on the For Sale: Gadgets & Gear forum: link 1 (https://bladeforums.com/threads/updated-exchange-rules.1646314/).

Can we add link 2 (https://www.bladeforums.com/help/exchange-rules/) to that sticky as well?

I think it might be helpful to have link 2 to the full rules for the exchange there. I accidentally violated a rule about reposting an item after checking link 1 and not seeing anything about reposting. When my thread was merged with the old one, the mod cited the full rules at link 2. It was totally my fault. However, it might be helpful to link to the full rules there as well.
