Looking for a heat treater

Looking for a heat treater for some 15n20 plates. I would like one differentially heat treated with the front at 58rc and the back 52hrc and the other heat treated with a front at 60hrc and the back at 52hrc.

and the last 2 heat treated all the way through front to back at hrc 55.

edit: additional information, 2 of the plates are .39 inches thick and the other 2 are .13 inches thick, all will be 6 by 6 inches after cutting them in half. I'm from NC but willing to work with anyone in the US.
