Unfortunately the only two sellers I’ve found on that river both have a 83% positive feedback and that makes me a little hesitant to buy from either one. My luck I’d be the one guy outta six that would be commenting “still haven’t received mine”. I guess the search will continue.

I ordered one in 12c27 this morning, should be here next week. I placed my order over the phone to make sure that they were in stock.

Picked up mine off the exchange, red/black g10 s90v. I love mine, a real slicer.

Please let us know how you use it and your thoughts. I liked my Wasp in 12c27, very sharp and came in handy while in the camp ground.
 
My personal opinion: if you get one, don’t buy directly from them. They don’t respond to any inquiries and ship super slowly. I finally managed to get mine after I filed PayPal dispute (go and figure) but I ginally got knife with slightly poor blade finish. I guess they didn’t like my demanding tone.
The whole experience left a sore taste in my mouth and I sold the knife.

From which knife store or do you mean directly from Manly USA? Manly USA does not distribute them anymore.
 
Checked my bank app this morning, and the payment hasn’t been taken out of my account yet. I called, and it won’t be until the knife is shipped, so I probably won’t receive my wasp until next week.

Ordering from them directly was something I wanted to avoid. Luckily I was steered by a couple members on here towards a dealer in the Midwest that has them in stock.
 
Will be shipped on Wednesday :), I’ll chime in when I’ve had a day or two with my first impressions. This is the most excited I’ve been for a new knife in probably 6 months. lol

i read great things about these but i got to say i was very disappointed with the s90v i had on mine. for sure one of the much lower hrc ones.

I haven't noticed anything off about mine. I've used it enough to sharpen it and it has behaved similarly to other S90V knives I've used enough to sharpen (e.g. Spyderco Manix 2 LW, one of my favorites).

i see .. lucky you! i found it sharpened good but got dull a bit easy for s90v

Checking the tracking this morning, I see my new knife is “out for delivery”....finally lol

Just opened, I was surprised to see it marked 14c28n. I was under the impression it’d be 12c27. No complaints, I like both steels.

14C28N is a fine steel for a pocket knife. Now that you have it, what do you think? The four stop action threw me off at first, but I've come to like it that way.
