Can anyone tell me how to tighten the butt cap on my old Marbles stacked leather handle? It has a brass ferrule or nut ground flush over the tang bolt but, unlike most others, it does not have a slot cut in the brass nut. Can I cut a slot with a dremel or something else and try to make it tighten or carefully drill out the brass and replace it with a new nut of some kind?
