They are beasts and are heavy but well balanced. Miller bros are top tierThey look kind of heavy might be good for chopping but that might not be so good in some situations ; anyone know the weight of these knives?

"Kind of heavy" pretty well covers it. Mine are from their early days when they used 5/16" 5160, exclusively.
