Mnandi: My latest Obsession

My small and diminishing mnandi collection ... alas, the mnandi (second from the top) has gone to another home.

VERY nice ParkinNJ - wow, very hard to pick a favorite there...I am really liking the two at the bottom of your picture.

I'll buy the top one. You don't need it anymore. Funny story though, I went to buy that knife but you swiped it seconds before I could buy it.

LOL! Indeed, I guess I was lucky ... I appreciate the offer; however, Tomhalv has first 'right of refusal' on the top mnandi. It's only fitting since Tom has it's sister mnandi in his collection.

Nah, Tom doesn't want it. I requested months ago to give me dibs if you sold it, so, you can kick Tom to the curb.:D

I have my finger on the computer mouse ready to click the pay now icon at my pay pal account. Just waiting for ParkinNJ to give the OK :)

I have this baby heading my way. Dressed in a red cocobolo.... ((Thank you for borrowed pic))

WOW just WOW, I'm speechless at all the different flavors the mnandi comes in, Thank You All for Sharing

What a wonderful selection of beautiful and varied Mnandi's in this thread!
I had no idea there were so many different handle materials to enjoy.
What a great way to share Mnandi"s. Thank you all. :)

Some really beautiful knives here. I have two Mnandis: one in walnut and one in tamboti, both fairly standard. I carry the walnut every day and don't hesitate to use it. The other one is in reserve.
