Recommendation? Modern/Futuristic Knives?

These knives (yes, they are knives), were made by a German custom knife maker by the name of Uwe Beyer. To me they look like something an extra-terrestrial might carry, or maybe someone from the distant future.

Ironically, despite their high-tech, futuristic appearance, Mr. Beyer doesn't use any power tools in his knife making.

These look insane. Only problem is I would absolutely stab myself by grabbing the wrong side

What a stupid thing. Thank you. I didn't know. It's idiotic that they need such a senseless lie. A lot of companies are doing similar things. They share in an incomprehensible way that some of their products are oem. Midgards knives, for example, make most knives in china. They say this somewhere on their website, but the general impression is that they make all the knives by hand in Germany. Of course, I don't put it in the same category. But I think the place of production and the manufacturer should be shared very clearly. I don't care where a knife is manufactured, but lying is absolutely unacceptable.
I emailed Flytanium about the "Arcade" w/shark lock and asked who the oem was. The reply was "Flytanium". I think it's actually Demko.

Sorry, I didn't quite catch it. As far as I know, flytanium is mainly produced in China (someone please warn me if I'm wrong) and Demko manufactures its knives in Taiwan.

"Futuristic"?

Whatever that means, and however it looks, whatever it is made from; a "knife" must be able to cut and/or pierce while being securely held in the hand. It must be capable of safe carriage in one's person and deployment along with being durable enough for repeat usage for years. It cannot be so expensive or otherwise precious that it cannot be readily taken from storage and employed as a knife.

Anything else is just an artifact.

Demko production knives are made in Taiwan
Only the 20.5'a

Demko AD-20.5 is made in Taiwan. The full-size AD-20 and the slim ad-20 are usa made. The Flytanium arcade is made in Taiwan and the sharklock was leased to Flytanium by demko

These look like something an AI image maker would come up with. I would have trouble believing these were real if I had just looked at the pics with the red background. But when you see the bottom pic, it's clearly real. That's wild man.

For reference, here is a design an AI threw out for me a couple of weeks ago.

Skallagrim is my spirit animal. I skipped this one cause Star Trek isn't really my thing. But will definitely take a look now. Good share.

Here is a pretty similar vid from him. His commentary is fantastic, the movie he is analyzing has to be one of the most ridiculous films ever.
