Most useful (yet practical) Swiss Army Knife?

I'll put a vote in for the regular Tinker I keep it on a ring with my car fob. You get 2 blades, a bottle opener, a phillips head and a flat head driver, plus tweezers and a tootpick in the handle which are great bonuses (Tweezers get far more use). That and I got it in the cheesy but also cool warthog scale pattern1650921623786.png

Yeah now that you mention it I don’t think I’ve ever used the corkscrew. But I can see how that might be important for Europeans being the knife is made in Europe.

Whadya say, @GAGL .. is the corkscrew a big deal over there?
My wine boxes have spigots but the corkscrew has many other uses .

Untie knots , holder for small screwdriver or other tool , open wood draws or doors with no knobs , crude drill . etc .

But usually, I'd still opt for the Phillips head .

The warthog trim is the best! My son has a tinker that we got him for Christmas a couple of years ago. I regret not picking up my swisschamp with those scales. It appeals to my inner child and amuses me greatly.

Edited for spelling

The corkscrew is the nuts for getting O rings out of their little grooves. You can also open a bottle of wine with it. And carry a tiny eyeglass screwdriver in it. Scissors are super handy too. Also tweezers and toothpick. The least useful tool on a SAK is a package carrier hook, followed closely by small blade.

Nice teeth: it can even chew the food for you!

Does it have to be Victorinox? I like the tools this Spanish SAK-like knife has and it has a locking blade:

As much as I like the look and feel of Alox, the others have been so much more practical for me. I love having the needle which I've used many times for splinter removal, as well as the corkscrew and eyeglass screwdriver, which I've used many times.

Before I retired , I carried an Explorer. Now I rotate thru several 2 layer Vic's ... Tinker, Spartan, Sportsman, Recruit, Pioneer, Compact.
My must have is a can opener, and yes, I use both the toothpick and tweezer.
