My Charge pliers got some play

I have a first generation Charge Ti. The pliers have developt a bit of a play through these years. There is most play when the pliers is closed, and the play decreases when I open it. No play with pliers full open.
When I try to cut thin wires/strings it just bends and won´t cut. Can I fix it by tuning the strange hinge-screws? What sort of torx (or whatever) will fit? Is this doable?

I don't think tightening the torx screws will help in this case (they are size 10 security torx screws for info).

I would send the tool back to leatherman for maintanance.
