My First Official Model

The Hiker`s Backup was my first "official" model I offered. Before that, it was just different knives I ground out, never more than one of each. I`ve decided to do a run of these, with delivery starting in late December. This is one of the knives featured in the March 2009 S.W.A.T. Magazine. Cost will be $100.00 with belt sheath (no firesteel), or $115.00 with pocket sheath and matching firesteel. Here are the specs:
5 3/4" oal, 2 1/2" blade 1/8" thick. I can go a little longer on the blade, if you wish.

Not as tall a blade (1" compared to 1 1/4") different handle profile, and a little lighter.

That one was my first JK. Its a great blade guys. If you dont have one, you REALLY need to check one out. John did mine with a drop point and thumb grooves. Just a great user.
