The Native 5 LW is screw on construction, but the lockbar looks to be pinned? Does that mean it cannot be fully disassembled?

I've never had one apart, but I've seen photos of one apart and the lockbar uses a stepped pin that doesn't help hold the handle together. The center part is fatter, and the ends are just a slip fit in the scales, so you can fully disassemble the knife if you so desire. Do be aware that Spyderco's position is that they use screw construction to facilitate factory assembly and not for user serviceability, and that disassembly voids your warranty.

i have had mine apart,no problems, but when you assemble it back together just don't crank the screws to hard! ya you will void your warranty though.

Thanks for clearing that up for me guys! I was just curious when looking at my knife since it didn't make sense that it would have one pinned point whereas the rest is screwed on.
