Need help identifying two auto Benchmade knives/authentication

Hello,

I’m new to this site and found it when looking for info on possible fake Benchmade knives. I have two (2) auto knives that may need some service work. I want to make sure they are genuine before shipping them in for service. They were purchased new several years ago by my father. He passed away and they became mine along with some other auto knives/and others. I can’t upload pics on my phone but if you e-mail me I can send you pics for your help. Please be aware that if you send an automatic knife for service to Benchmade, that they will not return it to you if it is counterfeit and they may destroy it. Also be aware that is you do not own the knife legally per their requirements that they will not return it to you. Check the requirements on their website before you send it to them.

They will send it to a dealer and then you pick it up from the dealer if you live in an auto friendly state. Or, you can have the dealer send it in for you.
