First time posting, but I've been reading the forum for a number of years.
This will also, hopefully, be my first of many HI blades.
I'm also hoping Ms. Yangdu will be willing to share her recipe for Nettle Soup.

EMS!

Edit: Waited too long and someone beat me to it!

You gotta be fast sometimes!

This model tends to be made regularly so if you keep your eyes peeled you should see something else you like soon.

Since you’re new here’s a tip: towards the top of the Himalayan Imports page you can click a link to “watch forum” and you can choose to have an alert pop up when Auntie posts something new... Happy Hunting and welcome to the forum!

Excellent Choice and congratulations! I have several Villager Knives and they are phenomenal! I found that they are rather like candy - you can't have just one.

Thank you for the advice. There are several items from HI that I'm on the lookout for so this will be very handy.

Here is a basic recipe. Will update if we get more detailed Nepalese recipes.

Thank you Sir! It's been quite a few years since I was reading much on these forums and I have some catching up to do. I can't wait to try out some new food.
