New chefs or santokus comming?

Im wondering if there are any new chefs or santokus comming out? Im waiting to pick something up.

Sure thing...just ground out 3 santokus this morning...and have a handful of gyuto & chef blades ready to be flat-ground and heat-treated.

I also have a couple kickin' around in the shop...I'll check tomorrow and post 'em here.
