new sp10 is perfect

hi you all.

recently i got a sp10 , and from the nylon stheath , i guess that it is a 1075 steel one.

















and every thing is perfect from looking,but the tip is too thin for a chopper .

BTW OKC did great !

The tip don't seem to thin to me for a chopper. Unless you sharpen the swedge and use that part?

My SP-10s are my general purpose beaters and loaner outers. And I gave a few away that included the 1095 steel one before I knew of the switch over. But I don't mind that, the 1075 blades seem to being goodly by them selvesly.
 
Love the pics of that bad boy in action.

The blade profile looks classic bowie with a belly, handle, and coating that screams modern.

It will be my next big blade purchase but the 5 is keeping me very happy for now. Not in a hurry.

Your modded sp5 has me thinking .....
