1. Spyderco Tropen (new with box):
Bought from GPknives.com 3/2019 in addition to Lynch short titanium clip. Bought this because it was a really interesting knife and I had never owned a compression lock Spyderco, but I don't like it enough to keep it permanently. The exposed edge "issue" really isn't an issue, I can't get it to tough my finger no matter how I disengage it or even purposely mis-flipping it. The last 2mm or so before the plunge grind is a bit blunted on this example too. Detent is on the softer side by framelock standards, but I've heard that's normal for comp-lock flippers. Super smooth action no matter how you deploy it and lockup is solid and hasn't moved. Barely cut anything with the blade so the factory edge is still sharp. A few scratches on the Ti clip from me adjusting the tightness with pliers (made it fit in jeans much better) but the knife overall is like new.
Asking $155 total (Paypal) and will ship USPS priority inside U.S. with insurance.

2. Hoback Kwaiback MK4 CF (used):
Bought used 2/2017 through a private sale. Did not receive box or papers. I've reprofiled the blade using a Spyderco Sharpmaker to 30 degrees inclusive with a 40 degree microbevel along the main edge and 40 degrees inclusive with no microbevel for the tanto point, so along the main bevel it cuts surprisingly well. Not quite polished but will shave arm hair. The lock has no play, but due to a crack in the carbon fiber and the polished lockface with very little angle to it the lockbar can be pushed over easily from where it naturally engages. The cracked CF only causes this slight issue and I have used the knife regularly and even done some wood carving since with no issues. However, since this is present and Hoback charges $100 for a new CF scale on his website I have lowered the price accordingly. before the fracture in the CF the lock could not be pushed over as easily. Besides a light scratch or two the knife is otherwise in good condition with a centered blade and flawless action. I have the detent tuned to medium-high strength, but this is adjustable due to the HRD (which is designed for a hex wrench but fits a T6 torx perfectly; the pivot and body hex screws also fit a T10).
Asking $325 total (Paypal) and will ship USPS priority inside the U.S. with insurance.
