THIS WEEK’S FEATURED DURABILITY VIDEO: Doomsday Daywalker Sword - Watch Sword Designer & Tester Jason Woodard slicing through multiple Gallon Jugs, Tatami Mats and a Flaming Pumpkin! Striking and stabbing against metal poles trash cans, 2x4 Wood, 55 Gallon Steel Drums and more! This sword went through all of it easily with no edge rolling or damage. Inspired by the "Blade" movie series starring Wesley Snipes. Sword Designer Jason Woodard takes this movie sword - elongating the handle by one inch and shortening the blade by one inch for better balance. It has a wider blade and full tang composite grip to help with shock. The sword is extremely versatile and strong.

SBG FEATURED BLADE OF THE WEEK: Doomsday Machete
Designed by esteemed sword tester and designer, Jason Woodard. Exclusively offered only at the SBG on-line store and handmade by Scorpion Swords & Knives. Both a tool and a weapon, there are few modern blades as versatile as a Machete. As a tool, it can be used for cutting through dense undergrowth, chopping and sawing wood and even butchering meat. As a weapon, simple cutting and chopping was easy and instinctive to use without specialized training. The Doomsday Machete is seen as a return to the best practices of the finest machete makers from the past - just in time for an uncertain future. Unlike most other Machetes out there, this one is balanced close to the hilt to allow fast recovery yet has enough mass, weight and hardness to inflict tremendous damage every time it makes contact.
