Number of Survive Knives produced

Given how difficult it can be to purchase some of the GSO knives I was wondering if anyone has an estimate of how many survive knifes are produced? Is the steel ordered simply to meet the pre-orders or once there are enough pre-orders to justify the steel purchase do they buy as much steel for as many blades as they can produce while getting the best price for the quantity of steel.

Also, it looks like most models are manufactured no more than once annually.

Figured I needed to get onboard while I had the chance. I pre-ordered the GSO 5.1 in May and recently added the GSO 8 and 4.5 BC to the list.
