O-1 Natchez status?

Hey all,

Does anyone know what the status of the O-1 Natchez is? Am I correct that there is a new one due out with a linen micarta handle?

I can't keep up with all the new CS products.... help a brother out!

They switched to linen micarta handle since last year. It is a good move IMO. I have done some heavy chopping with mine and found no issues whatsover in the handle - tang area.

Definitely want to try the Laredo for a carry piece but I feel it will only work with a Southern Comfort style sheath.
