Oak Seax from a very rusty machete

I found a very VERY rusted and badly pitted machete at a car boot sale. Cleaned it and saved enough steel to make this knife.

My version of a Seax. Handle of oak, bog oak and ebony with a pitted steel bolster. Just a fun way to bring rubbish back to life

Sadly no. I keep meaning to take before pictures but keep forgetting

Imagine it being rust red all over and eaten away and you are there At first i thought there would not be enough usable metal left it was that bad.
