Ohio knife laws

Afternoon all,

I'm new to the forum and also new to the US having emigrated here from the UK in July.

I love fishing and hunting, so I'm very much into sporting cutlery and never left the house without an EDC in the UK (folding, non-locking blade of less than 3 inches).

I'm trying to figure out what's legal to carry here in OH, but have been given some conflicting information so far.

Can anybody point me towards the right legislation? I'd like to know for sure.

Yeah, I'm in Lorain/Amherst area. I caught my first walleye earlier this year. Great fun. I'm definitely into catching Walleye and eating perch. So good!
