I found a Spyderco "Q" knife with H&K on the blade. What is a good price on this knife? A local shop has it in the back of the case for $35.00.

Does it look like this? If so, just grab it and run. For $35 it´s a steal.

The "Q" is one of the most desirable collectibles! The production of those beauties ceased in 1998.

I'm not completely positive, but I think the Heckler and Koch Qs might be worth more than the regular Qs. But even if it was just a regular Q I think dePaul's right, $35 is a great price.

You can also find a "stars and stripes" version of the "Q" on the AG Russell website for $34.95.

Pretty good price, since AG prices tend to run higher than many dealers. (His site also has the best photos IMO).

Yeah, I remember the Blade Magazine Q. I wasn't into knives as much at the time, or I would have jumped on that offer. I think they were offering the knife plus one year subscription for something like $30 or $40. I can't remember, but sure wish I would have gotten it.

You made a good choice buying the Q. I have 19 different ones in my collection. Some of the variations are pretty hard to find. Here is a link to mine:<a href="http://albums.photopoint.com/j/AlbumIndex?u=1526731&a=12855742"><img src="http://www.photopoint.com/images/pplogo3.gif" width="88" height="31" border="0" alt=""></a>
