EDIT EDIT: So from here on out, how's about we throw off the restrictions and let your imaginations run? Want to post a pic of your knife in Nova Scotia for N day? Go for it. Want to post a pic of your old Case knife on top of an Arkansas stone for A day? Cool. Got homemade sheath for H day? Let's see it!

Now, if you want to set some type of theme for yourself or whatever, have at it as well.

EDIT: See post #1137 for round to update: https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/our-abcs-join-in-all-knife-styles.1737956/page-57

So we did this in the traditional sub-forum and it was a lot of fun and we saw some great knives come out.

The idea is we start with the letter "A" and post pics of knives that use the letter prominently in their nomenclature. Then the next day we move to "B", then "C", and so on.

Avoid subjective descriptions like "S" for super slicey. Try to keep it to actual descriptors. So "S" might be for S30V or Spyderco or Spring Assist. "F" might be for flipper or Fox. You get the idea.

Go ahead and post the same knife for multiple letters if need be but if it goes well then at some point we'll do a round where you can only post a knife once just to see how many letters each of us can fill and how many folks can fill them all.

I know there are numerous time zones so if it is the next day where you are, just move to the next letter. It would be nice to note that but no biggy.

I'll start...

A is for Antique Smooth Bone like on this Case Mini Copperlock.

What a fun idea! :D:thumbsup:

A is for aluminum, which features in all of these knives: the handle of the Socom Elite, the liners of the Voyager, the scales of the Charge Plus, the bolsters of the Crooked River, and the Scorpion Lock yoke of the AD-15.
