PDAs and keyboards

A couple of weeks ago I dropped my Palm III and it "died" (i.e. Palm wants $100 to fix it, so I should really just upgrade). I realized that I was delighted to think I might never have to use that $#&! stylus again.
Has anybody seen a handheld keyboard for the Palm or other PDA? Not the big foldable one but one that you could use the moment you pulled the device out of your pocket.

Would a RIM pager be a better solution? Some other PDA? Is anything coming out soon that might be closer to what I want?

G4 Titanium would do.

Actually, other than the RIM stuff, I'm not sure what else is out there with a built in keyboard in a pocket size.
