I lived on Maui almost my whole life (except for a short Tour of Duty to the mainland for military training when I was younger)
 
Sources:
Restaurant suppliers ( in 1 gallon and 5gal. tins)
Big Box stores (Sam's, Costco, etc.)
Home Depot, Lowes (in the BBQ grill area)
Grocery store (most expensive place)
