Here's a perfectly executed BAS, 15 inch 21 ounce. Good karda and chakma. Top grade scabbard with mil style frog. This would be a 10/10 except for one thing. Bura presses the envelope and he got this blade a little too hard -- its 60 + Rc. My file won't touch it. The problem is a small hairline crack (1/4") about mid blade where the arrow is -- if it shows up. You have to catch the right light to see it but it's there.
I've used blades with cracks like this and they never go anywhere and this knife will go with full guarantee. If anything develops it will become a work of Art and will end up better than new.
