That's some good looking stuff right there!

I was lucky to score an UFK / FK2 with burlap scales a couple of weeks ago. Yesterday I received a special gift in the mail of some Terotuf scales for this knife from my dear friend prom52 prom52 . He knows that I favor this handle material for the “locked-in” grip it provides on user knives of all sizes. I think it is very well suited to this model in particular.

Thanks my friend! You brought a big smile to my face on an otherwise cold and gloomy day. :)

I see that your passion for and your collection of buffed burlap handle scales keep growing. I know that we talked about that last one offline but dang that one has patina'd differently as compared to the others. What did you do Bob? Was that on your belt when you walked into your ganja, ahem I mean the cigar room to light up and puff-puff for a while?

I believe that's just the way it originally turned out, with the burlap sometimes taking on a darker color. But I think my preference is for the one with black fasteners, rather than the ti ones.
