So how is it?
It's great. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They stayed true to the design. It's definitely a Kephart! Fit and finish is up to snuff as usual. The handle texturing offers more traction than i'm used to with wood handles like that on the BK62.

To be completely honest tho, I need more time with it to share a more meaningful impression. I've only had it on me a few days. In a few weeks from now it'll be up at the lake house with me and it'll purposely be the only knife I bring. It will pep fires, food, clean fish and help maintain the shoreline. Typical spring season maintenance stuff around the property. I'll even carry it on our hikes. Nice variety of chores for it and i'm sure it'll do just fine with everything. I'll be sure to follow up with more. I'm really curious to see how this grind handles wood in comparison to the BK62.
