I love the OGFK's! Is that some nicely aged ECAM? It looks like it has served you well.

Between 2013 and 2019, I was deep into collecting Fiddleback Forge knives. The first four years was accumulating more knives and the last two was letting them go to other collectors or friends.

One of my traditions during those years was posting a summer “yellow watermelon” picture to show the state of my collection at that time. Here is one of those photos.

I was recently at a local farmer’s market and bought a yellow seedless watermelon. They are only in season a few weeks a year around here. I find them to be juicier and sweeter than the standard red variety.

When I got ready to cut it up today, it occurred to me that it would be cool to revisit my old picture tradition with my last remaining special Fiddleback and some CPK EDC’s.

It occurred to me this morning when I got up to make breakfast that yellow watermelon might make good camouflage for Osage. Who knew?
