-rub with yellow mustard
-little chilli powder, powdered mustard, and cumin
-generous sprinklings of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Cayenne pepper if you like a little bite.

I just had lunch but after seeing your food I'ready for dinner now :D
 
Out at the cabin for a couple nights decided to have a bbq for my sister's granddaughter. She missed graduation since the ceremony couldn't be held so we can celebrate here.

I should have thought to get a lot more and better pictures but had four grills going so I was kinda busy ... but someone snapped some pictures and I tried to pick a few I could post ...

I may try to get more pics later when I put the potato and veggie kabobs on before we eat ... these country style ribs need to simmer slow in sauce the rest of the day.

Maybe after this craziness I can have some Beckerheads to the cabin ... enjoy your Sunday!
 
That 15 looks nice with the stripped blade and micarta.

Thanks man! I sent that one to Jonny (91bravo) awhile back and had him bead blast it I liked it that way ... then later took it to satin finish. I wanted one 15 that was nice for my bbq knife. I have a couple others stripped i use at home but aren't nearly as pretty.

fired up the lodge tonight - but forgot to take pictures.
local grocery had 5 oz pork steaks on sale for $0.79 each, so I bought 6.
marinated overnight, then grilled tonight -- ate 2 and a bag of brussels sprouts smothered in hatch pepper jack.
now all I need is bread and I can make sammiches out of the leftovers.
