Pics of my Izula Handles and my RAT family

I really like it! I use it for short hikes and family camping. Quality is great! It's comfortable and plenty of room for lots of stuff. It's really great for the range and add ons are plentiful. I was actually turned onto it in these RAT forums. I saw it and had been looking for a really good bag. Checked it out and was really impressed with it's quality as I am now with everything I've purchased from Maxpedition.

I've been trying to find a versatile bag to take exploring with me. I have been looking at these for awhile now. Thanks for the info. Does it stay close to you while hiking? Or does it bounce around on your hip a bit?

Sorry I'm hijacking your thread.

Any movement that I've experienced with it hasn't been a problem. If it gets in the way I just swing it around to my back. There's a small loop that you can hook to your belt to prevent any movement. I haven't had to use it yet. I have done some light climbing with it and no problems. For me it's really comfortable. The new jumbo versapack has a strap that you can buckle around your waist to prevent movement. You should start a thread here about the pack. I know I've seen a lot of pics from different members that use them. Up to this point I've only heard rave reviews. Also check out YouTube they have a lot of info on the Maxpedition versapaks. It was really helpful to me when I was in the market. I so don't regret my choice getting it.

Here are pics of my new Izula handles along with my other RATS. I love the handles. I also have the KSF leather sheath for my Izula which still fits perfectly.

Damn you. This site is like a drug. I kicked it for about 2 months, came back, saw that we now have some grips for our Izula's... Rationalized and said I didn't need it, NOW I WANT SOME. Saw the new Sharp Shooter/KSF sheath...Rationalized, said I didn't need it, NOW I WANT IT. I ow $10,000 back in student loans & plan to move out of parents house in May. How am I going to do that now. WOW, now that was a rant. "You know what realy grind my gears?" lol:D
